Dear Step Z Team,

I received your email asking me to rate and review my order, but honestly, there is nothing for me to review because I never received the shoes.

I placed the order on 6 August and clearly informed your team on WhatsApp that I would be out of the city. Your team told me that the parcel would arrive within 2–3 days, but it was delivered only on 19 August—14 days after placing the order. By then, I was out of the city and could not receive it.

I have no interest in receiving the shoes anymore. Please consider my order cancelled and do not attempt to deliver it again.

Frankly, this is an extremely disappointing and unacceptable delivery service. Even international orders can reach Pakistan within a week, while your local order took 14 days. If you had sent the parcel through TCS, it could reasonably have reached me within a couple of days.

It appears that choosing a cheaper courier service has resulted in a very poor customer experience. Saving a small amount on courier charges is not worth losing customer trust.

Please improve your delivery service and reconsider your courier partner. I will not be ordering shoes from Step Z again because of this experience.
